Inside The Sourdough Bread

Here is the inside of the sourdough bread I baked today.  We tried a slice (half each) from the middle and it was yummy.  The crust is very crunchy and full of flavour, the inside is sort of chewy but soft at the same time, it was so good with olive oil.  However, I still think it’s not so suitable for sandwiches, it’s great with a meal or toasted and used as Bruschetta or tartine.  It tasted more “sourdough” than those I baked so far, maybe because I wasn’t feeding as frequently or maybe because of the flour I used as it has malt in.
