Rib-Eye Steak


Today’s dinner was Riy-Eye Steak, which I think we haven’t had for a little while.  As always I marinaded the steaks in soy sauce, mirin, honey, oil (I forgot red wine today), then my husband cooked them in the Anova then seared the outside.  The sauce is red wine, pink pepper, marinade, and cream.  Side dishes were Potato Dauphinoise, boiled carrots and broccoli.  We enjoyed all but the steaks were very large so I left about a half and my husband left about a quarter, which will be used tomorrow for dinner.
