Stir-fried Mince Pork With Basil (Thai)


Today’s dinner was Stir-fried Mince Pork With Basil (Thai) with sunny-side-up.  We hadn’t cooked this for quite a long time.  I guess because it’s cold here, I don’t think “Oh, I really want to eat Thai!” these days, but we enjoyed it very much.  My husband said it was spicy enough for him, but it wasn’t for me.  We should use 4 chillis – I think I wrote this last time when we cooked it.  Anyway, it was very good.  The sunny-side-up came out very well as well, crispy underneath with runny egg yolks.
