そして、久しぶりにラズベリー・フィナンシェ。シンガポールでフランス菓子教室で習ったもので、一口サイズでとっても美味しい。ちょっと焼き足りなかったかもと思いましたが、外側はカリッとして少しむちっとして美味しく焼けていました。

I also baked Raspberry Financier, which I learned at one of the French Baking lessons I took in Singapore.  I thought I might’ve not baked them quite enough, but they were fine – a little crispy and slightly chewy.
