Mee Goreng (Indonesian Stir-fried Noodles)


Today’s dinner was Mee Goreng (Indonesian Stir-fried Noodles), we hadn’t had this for quite a while and I wanted to have it.  We are using the recipe I learned at a cooking class in Hong Kong decades ago, but change the vegetables if we cannot get what the recipe calls for.  Today, we used shallots, stem broccolis, carrot & cabbage.  We had very little garlic so it lacked the flavour from garlic but we still enjoyed it.
