Beef Goulash


I forgot to write in the last post but on our way back home from La Patisserie, but we had small hails, which turned into sleet.  It was only for a few minutes but was quite heavy at one point.  Until then it was quite nice and sunny but also very windy and cold.


We have quite a lot of “meals” that we froze in the freezer so we chose one of them for tonight’s dinner – Beef Goulash that we cooked a couple of weeks ago. We had it with potatoes and stem broccolis, very enjoyable.
