Cottage Pie

木曜日に作ったコテージパイの残りを昨日食べるつもりでしたが、早くチキンを食べなくてはいけないことに気づいてチキンサラダに変更したので、今日はコテージパイの残りが夕食でした。今日の添え野菜は人参とグリーンピースと、小さなパースニップが2本だけ冷蔵庫に長くあったので食べてしまうことにしてローストしました。

Yesterday we were going to have the left-over of the cottage pie that we cooked on Thursday, but we realised we had to have the left-over chicken so we had the cottage pie as today’s dinner.  We had it with carrots and green peas and also roasted parsnip as there were 2 small parsnips in the fridge that were getting old.
