今日の夕食は、とんかつでした。前回再失敗でしたが、今回はちゃんと塩胡椒してから衣をつけて美味しく揚げられました。

Today’s dinner was Tonkatsu.  Unlike the last time, I remembered to season the pork before breading it and it cooked nicely.
