昨日の夕食は、お家ピクニック。冷蔵庫に残っていたサラミやチーズとサラダ、スーパーで買ったソーセージロールで済ませました。その前日の夕食は、やはり余って冷蔵庫に入れていたピザとサラダでした。

家を借りていると、こういうことが出来るので楽です。スコットランドのレストラン、ほとんどが同じようなメニューでバーガー、ステーキ、サーモン、みたいな感じなので余り食指が動かずでした。

We had “Picnic At Home” at the lodge for last night’s evening meal – left-over salami, cheese, salad and a couple of sausage rolls we bought in Tesco. On the day before yesterday we had left-over pizza. This is one of the great things you can do when you rent a house. We found that the menus in most restaurants in Scotland are the same – burger, steak, salmon… they don’t look very attractive.
