Farmer, Butcher, Chef

今日は金曜日、ということで「Farmer, Butcher, Chef」にディナーに行きました。

It’s Friday today – so we went out for dinner to “Farmer, Butche, Chef”.





My husband had Green Asparagus with Poached Egg for the starter.



I had Beef Carpaccion for the starter – and enjoyed it.



My husband had Lamb for the main, which he said was very good.



I had Potato Dumpling of wild garlic.  I was wondering if it would be Gnocchi and it was.  It came with mainly fava beans and asparagus  and I enjoyed it.  There were some chopped and pickled asparagus ends.


I forgot to take a photo but we shared roasted carrots as a side dish, too.



Strawberry souffle (to share between 2), it was very good.
