Stir-Fried Mince Pork With Basil (Thai)

今日から7月、今年も半年過ぎてしまいましたね〜。このところ、やっとコロナ以前に戻りつつある気がしていたのに、また新型が猛威を奮い始めたようで心配になっています。

It’s July from today, already a half of the year has gone!  It just started to feel normal like pre-pandemic but now the new variant seems to be making a large number of people unwell, it’s quite worrying

今日は気温はそれほど上がらなかったもののお天気が良かったので、直射日光を浴びると暑かったです。ちなみにヒートウェーブ、やっぱり丁度結婚式の日辺りは暑くなりそうで、ちょっと心配です。特に男性はスーツを着ますからね〜。

Although it wasn’t that hot, it was very sunny today so felt hot under the sun.  The heatwave seems to be coming at around the time of the wedding we are attending after all (although it’s still a week away so it can change), so it’s a bit worrying.  Men will be wearing suits and ties.

今日の夕食は、久しぶりにガッパオ(豚ミンチのバジル炒め)、目玉焼きのせ、でした。我が家ではすっかり定番の「いつもの味」、美味しかったです!

Our dinner today was Thai, Stir-fried Mince Pork With Basi (with fried egg).  It has become one of our regular menus and was delicious as always.
