Steak Night!


As we’ve had steak a couple of times recently in restaurants, we hadn’t had steak at home for quite a long time so we decided to do it tonight.  As always I marinaded the steaks (rib-eye), my husband cooked them in the Anova, then he seared both sides on a high heat.  The sauce is pink peppercorn, red wine, and cream.  My husband is in charge of steaks and I am in charge of side dishes – Potato Dauphinois that my husband loves, plus carrots and grean beans.
