今日の夕食は、市販のパスタソースを使ったペンネでした。「まさかのときのために」と思って買っていたトマトとチリのパスタソース、なかなか使う機会がなく。パスタソースくらいならすぐ作れるので、あまり市販のものを買い置きする必要なかったかな、という感じ。いつまでも置いていても仕方ないので、今日使いました。今日はフリッジを使いましたが、やっぱりシンプルなトマトソースにはロングパスタの方が断然美味しい気がします。けれど、それなりに美味しくいただきました。

Today’s evening meal was Fusilli pasta with Tomato & Chilli sauce that we bought.  I bought this thinking that it would be useful in case we cannot even make pasta sauce one day but no such a day really came.  It’s so easy to make such pasta sauce, we haven’t had a chance to use it but we don’t want to keep it forever so we decided to use it today.  We used Fussili, but I feel long pasta is much nicer with such simple sauce.  Still, it was not bad, we enjoyed it enough.
