何年か前に急に夫がラーメン、ラーメンと言うようになったので結構度々ラーメンを食べているのですが、少し前にジャパンセンターであれこれオーダーした時に、この「汁なし四川坦々麺」というのを買ってみたら結構美味しかったのでまた今回オーダーし、今日のランチにいただきました。麺は普通の中華麺ではなく米粉の平たい麺で、もちもちしています。坦々麺とは随分違う気がしますが、これはこれで美味しいです。タレを全部入れると塩辛いので少なめに入れて、夫がピーナッツバターを入れたのが好きなのでピーナッツバターを追加していれています。今日は、きゅうりとシャンツァイと青ネギをたっぷりのせてみました。

My husband suddenly started to like Ramen some years ago so we have been having it much more often in the last few years.  When I ordered a few things last time I saw this “Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles without soup”, the noodles are flat rice noodles so it’s not proper Dan Dan Noodles but it’s quite enjoyable so I ordered them again this time.  The sauce is too salty for us so we use less of it and we add some peanut butter, top it with a lot of coriander leaves, green onions and some cucumber.
