順番が逆になりましたが、今日のランチは季節外れの冷やし中華でした。日本はまだ暑いようなのでそれほど季節外れ感はなさそうですが、こちらはすっかり初冬なので完全に季節外れ。でも、昨日、今日はそこそこ暖かいですし、そして、今食べないと食べる機会を逃して処分することになりそうですし、そして個人的には寒い時期にでも美味しくいただけます。トッピングは、きゅうり、ハム、薄焼き卵、ロケット、トマト、黄色いパプリカ、炒り胡麻。ロケットが結構良いです。美味しかったです！

Today’s lunch was cold Ramen with lots of vegetables (Ramen Salad).  This is something most Japanese have only in summer when it’s hot and I think it’s still quite hot in Japan now but definitely not hot here.   It’s gone cold and even feels a bit like winter but it has been relatively warm since yesterday so it didn’t feel too wrong.  If we don’t eat them now we will have to throw them away (I buy a kit of ramen and sauce) and I actually enjoy it any time of year.   The toppings were cucumber, ham, thinly cooked egg, rocket, tomato, yellow pepper, roasted pepper.   Rocket leaves are not traditionally used in this but I find they work really well, it was very tasty.
