今日の夕食は、冷凍していたチキンのオリーブとトマト煮込みと先日のポークのスペイン風煮込みを合わせてしまいました。どちらも1人ぶんずつくらいしかなく、どちらもオリーブとトマトが入っているので変ですが合わせていただくことに。
Today’s dinner was chicken & pork in olive & tomato sauce. I know it sounds strange but Chicken with olives & tomato was in the freezer for a while and Spanish Pork was cooked just the other day but they were both just one portion each, so we decided to put them together. They both had olives and tomato so we thought they should work OK if a bit strange.
そして、今日は珍しくデザートもいただきました。ズームのお料理教室で習った簡単なものを作ってみました、それについては別記事にします。
We also had a dessert, which is very unusual for us when we eat at home. I wanted to try to bake an easy cake I learned at a zZoom cooking class; I’ll write about it separately.
