Spanish Style Chicken & Chorizo


It was quite sunny this morning but became cloudy around lunch time and then it rained (again!).


I decided to use chicken thighs for dinner today.  Chorizo was one of the things delivered today from ourq online supermarket, so I sauteed chicken, chorizo, onion, red & yellow pepper, some smoked paprika (powder), added some white wine and let it reduce, then added half of a tin tomato and cooked slowly for 15 minutes or so.  (Chicken thighs here are very small and thin comparing to those in Japan, so they don’t take long to cook).  As I used chorizo and paprika, I wrote”Spanish style” in the title, but I don’t know if there is such a dish in Spain, I have a feeling there is, though.  I meant to add some olives as well but forgot so we added some after I took these photos.  It was very tasty and went well with rice.
