Pasta Bake


Today’s dinner was Pasta Bake.  When my husband cooked Pancake Cannelloni recently, he made extra ragu so we froze it and used it today.  We just mixed the ragu with cooked pasta, put it in a baking dish, poured on some Bechamel sauce that my husband made, put some cheese and olive oil on top and baked it in the oven until the top was nice and brown.  Yum!  A half is left so it’ll be tomorrow’s dinner.
