少し前にお好み焼きをするつもりが暑すぎて出来なかったのですが、涼しくなったので、今日の夕食はお好み焼きでした。いつものように、カリカリの一銭焼きを先に食べてからお好み焼き。緩めの生地でキャベツたっぷり、青ネギたっぷりでふんわりと焼いたのが好みです。とっても美味しかったです。

We wanted to have Okonomi-yaki a little while ago but it was too hot, but now that it’s gone a bit cooler we had it for dinner today.  As always, we had crispy Issen-yaki first, then Okonomi-yaki.  I like it with loose batter, a lot of cabbage, lots of green onions and a fluffy texture.
