昨日作ったお豆腐のマリネ、結構余ってしまったので(1丁って2人だと多すぎる)今日のランチにご飯にのっけていただきました。美味しかった!のですが、味が濃かったので、やはり当日食べ切る方が良いかな、と思いました。ちなみに、夫はサンドイッチの方が良いと見向きもせず(笑)。
There was quite a lot of marinaded tofu left yesterday, so I had it for lunch on rice like Donburi. It was very tasty, but had gone quite salty as the tofu absorbed the marinade. It’s probably better on the day. My husband didn’t want it so he had his favourite sandwich.
