The temperature outside is 8C or 9C, even at lunch time, and it feels quite chilly specially because it’s raining.


We made Bibimbap for lunch.  We bought a pack of “instant” Bibimbap that you just warm up or stir-fry with rice (and it keeps long time at room temperature) soon after we got to Kobe, intending to have it there one day, but had forgotten about it until the day before we left – so we brought it to England.  I usually add things like onion and beansprouts but we didn’t have any beansprouts.  We are both not in the mood to do much either, so we just used the pack with rice and added kochujan and kimchee to the stir-fry and sprinkled on some green onions.  It was good.
