今日も寒かったようで（外に出ていないのであまり実感はないですが）、最低気温はマイナス４度となっています。が、時間ごとを見るとマイナス２度が最低担ってます、相変わらずよくわかりません。そして、明日の朝６時から６時はマイナス２度になっているのに、１日の予報では最低気温は１度となっていて、水曜日の最低気温もマイナス４度なのですが時間ごとを見るとマイナス２度までしかありません。なにかしら法則があるのだと思いますが、謎です。家の中ではわたしはほぼ１日クラフトルームにいて、クラフトルームは大体２０度なのでそれほど寒くはないのですが、足元がやはり寒く感じて足元に置いているヒーターを時々つけてはいます。
It was very cold today although I didn’t feel it much as I didn’t go out. The weather forecast App says the lowest temperature was minus 4C, but when I open the details I can only find minus 2C, this happens all the time. On the other hand, the temperature from 6:00am until 8:00am tomorrow is forecasted to be minus 2C but the lowest temperature for tomorrow says 1C. For Wednesday, the lowest temperature says minus 4C but the details have only minus 2. I’m very confused. I guess there is some reason but I just cannot think why. When we are at home, I spend most of my day in my craft room other than when we are cooking or eating, and the temperature is almost always 20C so it’s not very cold but it still feels cold around my feet now and again so I do use the little heater I have under the desk.
今日は、予約をしている地中海のクルーズのエクスカーションの予約がオープンする日でした。それぞれの港で最低１つは無料のエクスカーション（ツアー）（街まで行ったところでちょっとした説明があってあとは自由、というタイプのものが多いです）が提供されていて、他にそれぞれの港から９か１０コース程度の有料エクスカーションがあり、その予約を今日から出来る、というものです。キャビンのランクによっていつから予約を出来るかが違っていて、わたしたちのランクは今日から。色々と調べているとオープンした時点で既に申し込みたいツアーが満席になっていた、というコメントをたくさん読んだので、夫と事前に打ち合わせをしてそれぞれの担当を決めて、時間きっかりに予約を開始したのですが、どれも問題なく申し込めました。コンピューターの前で待機して時間きっかりに予約を入れているのは、ひょっとしてわたしたちだけだったりして？（笑）。とにかく、希望のツアーの予約を入れることが出来て良かったです。有料のツアー４つ、無料のツアー５つ申し込みました。レストランの予約はわたしたちは来週月曜日からなので、来週もがんばります（笑）。と言ってもレストランは２つしか予約出来ないのですが。
Today was the day that the bookings were open for excusions on the Mediterranean cruise we booked. They provide at least one free excursion as well as 9 or 10 different excursions at each port and they opened up the bookings for our class of cabins today. When I was researching I saw many comments saying that all the excursions they wanted to book were already full when the bookings were opened so we were quite worried, we discussed which ones to book and decided who will book which ones, waited in front of each PC and started booking at the exact time – we were able to book all the excursions we wanted to take. Maybe it was only us who put in this much effort? We booked 4 paid excursions and 5 free ones. Next week on Monday bookings for the on board restaurants will open – so we’ll be doing the same thing, although it’s only 2 restaurants that we can book at this time.
小さなコロコロと可愛いモッツァレラチーズが余っていたので使いたいと思い、今日の夕食はシンプルなパスタのトマトソースにしました。トマトソースは適当に作りましたが、入れたのは順番に、オリーブオイル、ニンニク、玉ねぎ、ミニトマト（冷凍していた）、普通サイズのトマト、ニンニクチョン（韓国の自家製調味料でニンニクとお砂糖を混ぜて寝かせたもの）、モッツァレラチーズ、バジルペースト、チリ入りのスパイシーなオリーブオイル。オンラインスーパーでバジルを買っていたので入れるつもりだったのに、タイバジルを買っていました（涙）。なので、フレッシュハーブはなし。
Our dinner today was Pasta with Simple Tomato Sauce because we wanted to use up the small balls of Mozzarella that we had in the fridge. I didn’t follow any recipe to cook the sauce but what I used was olive oil, garlic, onion, mini tomatoes (from the freezer), normal size tomatoes, garlic with sugar (Korean way of preserving garlic), mozzarella cheese and Genovese sauce and chilli olive oil. I thought I ordered basil online but it turned out to be Thai basil so didn’t use any fresh herb today.
