今日も寒い１日でしたが、予報されていた雨は降らなかったような？

It was another cold day, but I don’t think it rained like forecasted.

今日の夕食は、先日夫がたくさんチリ・コンカーニを作ってくれたので冷凍していた一部を使って、ソフトタコスにしました。いつものように、レタス、トマト、玉ねぎ、ワカモーレ、チリコンカー二、コリアンダー（シャンツァイ）、タコソース（夫はチーズも）をトルティーヤに巻いて。トルティーヤは蒸し器で蒸します。美味しかったです。

When my husband cooked Chilli Con Carne the other day, there was quite a lot of left over, which we froze, and used some of it today.  We had Soft Tacos for dinner and used Chilli Con Carne as a filling like we often do.  We put Chilli, lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, coriander leaves, taco sauce (and my husband also put some cheese as well) on a soft tortilla and wrapped it.  We steam the soft tortillas in a Chinese steaming basket to warm it up and keep it warm.  We enjoyed it very much.
