また、土曜日がやって来ました、今日の夕食は夫が作ってくれました。夫の得意料理のスペイン風ポーク。オリーブとパプリカを入れたトマトソース煮込みという感じです。結婚してすぐの頃から作ってくれている１品。美味しかったです、ご馳走さま！

It’s Saturday again, yay!  It’s a day my husband cooks dinner.  Today’s dinner was Spanish Pork – basically a slow-cooked pork in tomato sauce with olives and red pepper, Delia Smith’s recipe.  My husband has been cooking this since we got married. It was very tasty!
