今日は寒くなりましたが朝は良いお天気で、午後から曇って雨になり、また夕方には青空、というお天気でした。明日は、雨が降らなさそうですが、この先２種間、あまり太陽は拝めないみたいです。わたしたちは来週金曜の夜から旅行に出かけますが、戻ってくる頃にはもう少し良いお天気になっていてほしいものです。

It was a bit cold today –  nice and sunny this morning but got cloudy then rained after lunch time, then the blue sky again in the evening.  It looks like it won’t rain tomorrow but looking at the forecast it’s not going to be very nice weather in the next 2 weeks.  We are going away from Friday night and hopefully will have better weather on our holiday, and I really hope that the weather here will have got better by the time we get back.

さて、今日は土曜日なので夫が夕食担当です。昨日の夜、また、ストレスだ、ストレスだ、と言うので、パスタにしたら？ナスやパンチェッタがあるし、と言ったところ、そうすることになりました。ウェイトローズのレシピを使ったそうです。

It’s a Saturday today – so my husband cooked dinner.  He was saying last night how stressed he was to come up with ideas of what to cook for tonight, so I suggested pasta again as we had an aubergine and some pancetta – and that’s what he did.  He used a Waitrose’s recipe.
