今日は良いお天気でした。でも、今日から５日間ほど良いお天気の予報は変わってしまい、明日曇り、明後日雨。とほほ。１日に何度もかなり大きく変わります。だから見ない方が良いのに、なぜかついつい見てしまいます。

It was a sunny day today, but the sun or the sun with cloud marks for the next five days or so had changed and only one sun mark is left.   The forecast changes a few times a day quite dramatically, I don’t know why I still look, stupid me.

今日の夕食は、River Cafe Easy という料理本の中から、ズッキーニやトマトやケイパーが入ったさっぱりしたパスタを作りました。以前、夫が週末のディナーを作っていてくれた頃に何度か作ってくれたパスタです。美味しく出来ました。サラダとテーブルセッティングは夫が担当してくれました。パスタが軽いパスタなのでサラダを作ってもらったのですが、パスタソースとサラダの具材が似ていて、しかもパスタにはお酢も入る暖かいサラダっぽい味付けだったので、サラダはいらなかったかも。まぁ、どちらも美味しかったのでよしとします。

Today’s dinner was a simple & light pasta “Zuccchini & Caprs”  from “River Cafe Easy“, it has courgette, tomatoes, capers, chilli, vinegar etc.   When my husband was cooking on weekends, he cooked this pasta dish a few times and it’s one of my favourite pasta.  A little spicy, a little sour and very light.  My husband set the table and made the salad.  I thought we should have a salad because the pasta was very light but the pasta was almost a warm pasta salad because it’s seasoned with vinegar, so maybe we didn’t need the salad.  Both tasted good so it was fine to have both.
