今日は最高気温が４度で冷たい雨も降って、とても寒かったです。美容院に行った時に目の前で車から降ろしてもらい、終わって目の前で拾ってもらい、家に帰る途中スーパーに少し寄ったので駐車場とスーパーの間と全部合わせて１分ほどでしたが、「寒い〜！」と言わずにいられない寒さでした。当分、お天気悪く寒そうです。

It felt very cold today, the highest temperature was only 4C and it rained on and off.  I only walked between our car and my hair salon in Chichester (my husband dropped me off and picked me up right in front of the hair salon) and also between where we parked in the car park and Marks & Spencer’s food hall, which probably was a minute in total if that but I couldn’t help saying “So cold!” as I walked.  It looks like it’ll be similar weather for a while.

今日の夕食は、インドカレー３種類。以前作って冷凍していたチキン・ティッカ・マサラとダール、そして今日マークス＆スペンサーズで買ったチキン・ジャルフレッジ。ご飯も以前玉ねぎやスパイスと一緒に炊いて冷凍していたバズマティ米。美味しくいただきました。量が多すぎたので余っていますが、数日中にいただきます。

Today’s dinner was 3 Indian curries with rice and naan.  Chicken Tikka Masala & Daal that I cooked and froze a little while ago and also a ready-made Chicken Jalfrezi that we bought at M&S today.  Rice was also from the freezer – it had been cooked with onion and spices.  They were all good but too much quantity so we’ll finish what we left in the next couple of days.
