今日も、良いお天気でした！霧マークと曇り時々（一時？）晴れマークもありますが、来週いっぱいずっと良いお天気の予報で、その先１週間も雨が１日あるだけという本当に奇跡のようなお天気、嬉しい！

It was another beautifully sunny day!!  The forecast shows sun until the end of this coming week (although there is one foggy day and another cloud with sun), then even after that only one rain mark for another week.

今日の夕食は、すき焼き丼でした。前回はお豆腐があったのですが今日はなかったので、薄切り牛肉、リーク、玉ねぎ、そして買い置きしていたしらたきを入れました。日本の牛肉のようにとろけるお肉ではありませんが、臭みはなかったので美味しくいただきました。

Today’s dinner was Sukiyaki Rice Bowl.  Last time when I cooked it we had tofu but no tofu today – thinly sliced beef, leek, onion and noodle-like konnyaku.  The beef doesn’t melt in your mouth like the beef you have in Japan but at least it wasn’t gamy and was good enough.
