今朝は気持ちの良いお天気だったのですが（でも、風が強くて寒く感じました）、その後曇って、さっきお庭に出ようとしたら雨でした。お天気予報を見るとこれから風が強くなって雨も強くなるようで、明日も１日強い雨になるようです。

It was nice and sunny in the morning (but it felt cold outside with a strong breeze), but it got cloudy later.  Then, when I was going to go out to our back garden after dinner it was raining.  The weather forecast says it’ll be ‘Gusty winds and heavy rain” tonight and tomorrow.

今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Mexican Style Bacon and Bean Frijoles Charros with Soured Cream and Cheese」（メキシコ風ベーコンと豆のカーボーイ風豆料理、サワークリームとチーズのせ）でした。メキシコ風、で想像する味付けでお味自体は良かったのですが塩分がかなり強くて（わたしはお塩は入れなかったのでチキンストックペーストとベーコンからだと思います）そのままではいただきにくく、薄切りのパンを一切れ一緒にいただきました。中身は、スィートポテト、ブラックビーンズ、グリーンのパプリカ、とうもろこし、にんにく、トマトペースト、メキシコ風スパイスミックス、チキンストックペースト。トッピングにチェダーチーズとサワークリームと（私はどちらも省略）シャンツァイ。チキンなどあまり味が染み込まないものを加えた方が美味しくいただけたと思います、再オーダーはないかな。

Today’s dinner was “Mexican Style Bacon and Bean Frijoles Charros with Soured Cream and Cheese” from Hello Fresh.  The taste was fine, just what you would imagine when it says “Mexican style” but it was too salty for me (I didn’t add any salt so I guess it’s from the chicken stock paste and bacon) so we had it with a piece of bread toasted.  It has sweet potatoes, black beans, green pepper, sweetcorn, garlic, tomato paste, Mexican style spice mix, chicken stock paste, with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and coriander for topping.  I thought chicken pieces, which doesn’t tend to soak up flavour a lot, would have been better in here rather than bacon.  I don’t think we’ll order this one again.
