今日も暑いです！２８度まで上がりました。でも、湿度が低めだったので（４０％）家の中や日陰でゆっくりしている分にはそれほど暑くは感じませんでした。ただ、動くと途端に暑くなって汗をかくので、引き続き簡単ディナー。冷凍していたラグーとやはり冷凍していたトマトソースを合わせてパスタソースにし、市販のフレッシュのフェトチーニとサイドサラダにしました。

Still hot!  It went up to 28C even here but the humidity wasn’t high (40%) so it didn’t feel so bad in the shade and inside the house, but as soon as I move I get hot and sweaty so we still aren’t cooking properly.  We used some leftover ragu and tomato sauce from the freezer and had pasta with a salad.

月曜日はベッドシーツを替える日なのでアイロンをかけなくはいけないシーツ類がクラフトルームの片隅に積まれていますが、暑いので涼しくなるまで待つ予定（笑）。

My husband changes the beddings on Mondays so there is a large pile of washing to be ironed in the corner of my craft room – but I’m leaving it until it cools down!
