今日の夕食は、パスタ。しばらく前に作って冷凍していたビーフのショートリブの煮込みに缶トマトを加えて少し煮て、パスタソースにしました。ビーフの煮込みの残りを使うととっても美味しいパスタソースになります。ビーフの煮込みを作る時は、こちらの方が楽しみなくらい。

Today’s dinner was Pasta.  A while go I made a casserole with beef short ribs and there was a little left over so I froze it – and used it with some tinned tomato to make a pasta sauce today.  The left-over beef casserole has such deep flavour, I love it as a pasta sauce.  I  may even look forward to making the left-over into a pasta sauce than the beef casserole itself.
