今日のディナーは、ホテルのシャトルバスで何度かお話しした４人の女性のグループの方たちが良かったとおっしゃっていた、Rossi Divino で。 Today we tried Rossi Divino, where the group of 4 ladies from our hotel had recommended for dinner. 今年はポルチーニが例年より遅くまで手に入り、先日また入ってきたというポルチーニを使ったカルパッチョを前菜にシェア、夫はニョッキのラグーソース、わたしはポルチーニのリングイーニ。夫のニョッキが特に美味しかったです。ポルチーニのカルパッチョは量が多すぎました、ポルチーニは生よりも火を入れた方が美味しく感じます。パスタは結構オイリーだったのと、パスタがわたしにはちょっとアルデンテ過ぎたかな、でも美味しかったです。デザートはカンノーリをシェアしました。フィリングほとんど甘くなく、皮(？)もホテルのの方が香ばしくて好みでしたが、これはこれで美味しかったです。 Apparently porcini mushrooms are becoming ready later this year and the restaurant got some just a couple of days ago. 明日は1日プライベートツアーで遠出の予定なので、今日はのんびり。街のワインバーで軽くパニーニと白ワインでランチ。グラニータは食べたけどジェラートはまだだったね、と言うことでピスタチオ専門店でピスタチオジェラート(美味しすぎた)、少しお買い物をして、昨日も立ち寄った階段に座るバーでピープルウォッチングをしながら、ビール。 We are taking a private day tour tomorrow so are taking it easy today. 昨日の夕食は、朝のツアーガイドさんお勧めのピッツェリアに行きました。 For dinner we went to a pizzeria that our tour guide recommended. 前菜に生ハムとメロン(メロンは見えませんが)、メインはスパイシーなペパロニのピッツァとレタス、トマト、ゆで卵、モッツァレラ、とうもろこしのサラダ、デザートはピスタチオのスフレ、どれも1品をシェア。どれも美味しく頂きました。ワインはグラスワインを1杯ずつ、お水はガス入りを1本。お会計は66ユーロ(11800円)だったので、イギリスよりかなりお安いと思います。 Parma Ham & Melon for the starter, Pizza with spicy pepperoni and a salad of lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, mozzarella & sweet corn for the main and Pistachio Soufflé for the dessert – we shared all. いつもり大勢の人の　Bam Bar でグラニータとブリオッシュ。シチリアでは、グラニータとブリオッシュを一緒に食べるそうです。本来夏だけのものですが、観光地なので今も食べられます。 We shared Granita (lemon) and brioche at Bam Bar, which is always very busy.
