Vegetable Curry

今日の夕食は、野菜カレーにしました。インドカレーと日本のカレーの間のようなカレーです。玉ねぎとスパイスなどと一緒に炒めてからチキンストックとお水を入れてお野菜を加えて煮えたらカレールーを控えめに加えて味を整えて出来上がり。比較的さらっとしていて、辛めです。

Tonight’s dinner was Vegetable Curry.  It’s something between Indian and Japanese curries.  I sautee onion with spices, then add tomato and stir more.  Then add chicken stock, water and vegetables.  When the vegetables are nearly done I add some Japanese curry roux, cook it a little and it’s done.  It’s not very thick because I don’t add a lot of roux.  Quite spicy.
