今日の夕食は、スープとサラダ。クリスマスツリーがあるときは、ついついクリスマスツリーが背景に入るアングルで撮ってしまいます。

Today’s dinner was Soup & Salad.  When Christmas Tree is here, I like taking a photo from this side so the tree will be in the frame.

 

スープは、Jamie Oliver のコスタ・リカ風スープ。トッピングするサルサはレシピのものではなく、ビデオで作っているもの（シャンツァイを細かくしない、ビネガーではなくライム汁を使う）にしました。

Soup was Jamie Oliver’s Costa Rican Soup.  I followed his video for the topping rather than the written recipe.  Much prefer lime juice to vinegar and also coriander leaves not to be chopped finely.

ラ・フランス、生ハム、ブルーチーズ（スティルトン）のサラダ。ピーカンナッツを最後にパラパラ。

Salad was La France (Japanese Western Pear), Parma Ham & Blue Cheese.  Some toasted pecan nuts on top.

何年も毎年登場している、お気に入りのクリスマスのデコレーション。
