今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith の Spanish Pork (スペイン風ポーク)。玉ねぎやパプリカやオリーブと一緒にポークを缶トマトで煮込んだもの。濃いめの味付けなので、ご飯に合います。
Tonight’s dinner my husband cooked was Spanish Pork from Delia Smith’s recipes. It’s a casserole of pork with onion, pepper, olive in tomato sauce. It goes with rice very well.
今年のウンブリアのニューオイル、聞いていたようにこれまでよりもずいぶんマイルドであまり刺激はありませんが、それでもフレッシュでとっても美味しいです!
The new oil from Umbria is as we were told quite mild compared to the previous few years and it doesn’t sting (that we quite enjoy) but it is very fresh tasting and delicious!
