Buddha Bowl (on a plate)

今日の夕食は、ブッダボールでした。ご飯は16穀米を入れて炊いたもの。必ず入れるお豆腐の他にスナップエンドウ、人参、芽キャベツ、ブロッコリー、きゅうり、赤パプリカ、とうもろこし。

Today’s dinner was Buddha Bowl (on a plate).  Rice is cooked with 16 grains.  As well as tofu that I always include, we had sugar snap peas, carrot, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrot, red pepper and sweet corn.
