Dinner at La Bussola

昨日は、夫の提案で、1度チーズコースで、1度ディナーで行った「La Bussola」でディナーでした。夫が先に着いたので先にオリーブと牛ミンチのコロッケのようなものをオーダーしていましたが(1つだけ残っていました)、他にハム、サラミ類を3種類とチーズ2種類の盛り合わせ、パンツァネッラ、フォカッチャサンドをオーダーし、最後にデザートにフォンダンショコラ。

My husband suggested La Bussola for dinner a week ago but it was fully booked, so we went there yesterday.  As my husband arrived there earlier than me, he’d ordered deep fried balls of mince beef and olives (just 1 of them was left when I got there).  We also ordered a board of 3 cured meat and 2 cheeses, Panzanella (a little too sour for me), Focaccia sandwich (ham & cheese) and also Chocolate Fondant.

前回チーズの量がとても多かったのですが、今回は半量くらいになっていました。多分前回はチーズ教室のすぐ後だったので、おまけしてくださっていたのではと思います。ワインバーのようなところなので食事は全体に塩味が強いです。パンツァネッラはわたしには酸っぱ過ぎました(酸味の強いのは苦手なので)。

The last time when we were there they served us a large portion of cheese but this time not so large, I’m guessing they gave us extra last time because I’d just attended their cheese class.  As this is a wine bar, their food is quite salty.

スタッフの方達はとてもフレンドリーで感じが良いと思います。
