Cheese Foudue


Happy Easter to everyone!  It’s a long weekend here.  To us, Easter doesn’t mean anything but it’s nice to get an extra day with my husband.  Although my husband cooks dinner usually on weekends, he doesn’t seem to be so keen on cooking on a long weekend and he just got back from his trip to Taiwan too, so we decided to do Fondue. 


Small potatoes we had today were very sweet and tasty.  I find usual potatoes here aren’t very nice, but some small ones from France are very sweet.
