今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith の「Chicken Breasts with Wild Mushroom and Bacon Stuffing and Marsala Sauce」（チキンの胸肉のワイルドマッシュルームとベーコン詰め、マルサラソース）でした。ドライポルチーニとマルサラのソースが濃厚でとても美味しかったです！

Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s “Chicken Breasts with Wild Mushroom and Bacon Stuffing and Marsala Sauce“.  Delicious with the very gutsy sauce flavoured with dried mushroom and Marsala.

たっぷり添えてあったマッシュポテトは食べきれなかったので、ポテトサラダに変身しました。明日のランチに登場予定。

There was too much mashed potato so I made it into a potato salad – I’ll use it for tomorrow’s lunch.
