Gnocchi With Mushroom And Gorgonzola Sauce

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、ニョッキ。先週たくさん作って冷凍していたものを茹でて、マッシュルームとゴルゴンゾーラのソースで。Martha Stewart のレシピ。たっぷりゴルゴンゾーラが入っていてとてもリッチなのでたくさんは食べられないですが、とても美味しかったです。ちょうど良い量でした。ちょっと変わっていると思ったのは、唐辛子が入っていて、ぴりっとします。

The dinner my husband cooked today was Gnocchi (we made a lot and froze what was left last week so he used some of them) with Mushroom and Gorgonzola Sauce from Martha Stewart’s site.  You don’t want to have a lot of it because it’s very rich with Gorgonzola and cream but it was very nice.  This was just about the right amount.  The recipe had unusual ingredient, which is chilli pepper, so it’s a little spicy.
