Vegetable Curry


Today’s dinner was Vegetable Curry, which is one of my husband’s favourites.  It’s something in between Indian style and Japanese style, but more towards Japanese.  I used carrot, onion, potato, kabocha, cauliflower and green beans.  I thought I’d made it quite recently but it seems like a month and a half ago when I made it last time.








Beautiful flowers make the room seem special.  My husband also looks forward to my flower class day and often asks me when the next class is.
