Avocado Toast

今日のランチは、アボカドトースト。潰したアボカドにレモン汁と塩コショウとグリーンのタバスコを混ぜてトーストにのせて、トマトの角切りとシャンツァイと松の実。アボカドの熟れ方がいま一つで残念でした。シンガポールでは熟れたアボカドが手に入らず、グリーンのものを買って家で熟れるまで待つのですが、時々熟れ時の判断を失敗します。いえ、時々というより、度々。

Today’s lunch was Avocado Toast.  Mashed and seasoned with lemon juice, salt, papper & green tabasco, chopped tomato, coriander leaves & pine nuts.  Sadly, the avocado wasn’t quite ripe enough to give that yummy taste and texture.  It’s almost impossible to buy a ripe avocado so we buy green ones and let them get ripe at home, but sometimes (or often) I judge the ripeness wrongly.
