ご旅行が多くて５月中旬からお目にかかる機会がなかったアメリカ人のお友達とランチをご一緒しました。一風堂が大好きな方で、一風堂でとのリクエスト。２人とも、スパイシー・ブラックと餃子のセットとレモンソーダ。

I had lunch with an American friend, whom I haven’t met since May.  She is always so busy!  She loves Ippudo, so it was her request to have lunch there.  Both of us had the “Spicy Black” Ramen, Gyoza and Lemon Soda.

アクティブな方でいつもご旅行されているので、いつも話すことが多すぎて話しきれず聴ききれず。夫と近いうちにインドに行く予定なのですが、お父様がインドの方だったので何度もインドにもいらしているので色々ご相談したり。数ヶ月に１度しかお目にかからないので、いつもキャッチアップするのが大変です。このお友達も、多分来年３月ごろにはアメリカに帰られるようで、どんどんお友達が少なくなります（涙）。

She is so active and loves travelling so we meet only once in a few months and there is so much to catch up – so much to ask, listen to and talk about.   My husband and I are thinking about travelling to India and her father was originally from India so I asked her to give me some advice, she is always very generous and offers a lot of advice for the places she’s been to.  She is also leaving Singapore for the US for good, probably around March next year.  I’m loosing so many friends….
