Vegetable Curry


I couldn’t come up with the menu for dinner, so I asked my husband – so here we are, it’s a vegetable curry.  It’s the type I make most often, the basic cooking method is Indian and I even add tin tomato but I use lots more water and add Japanese curry roux so the end result is very similar to Japanese curry.

I used onion, tin tomato, carrot, potato, Japanese pumpkin, long green beans and broccoli.
