Vegetable Curry


I was out to my hairdresser, then to lunch, followed by the Chinese Tea gathering today and didn’t get back until nearly 5.30pm so I’d planned to cook vegetable curry, which is relatively quick to prepare.  Our nephew and his girlfriend were leaving home at 7.30pm for the airport to fly to Seoul.  As usual, this curry is something in between Indian and Japanese but closer to Japanese.  Today, I used onion, carrot, potato, Japanese kabocha, Japanese sweet potato & green beans.


I forgot to change the white balance again, so the colours are off again!!







They left around 7.30pm as planned and are now on the plane.
