今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、いわゆるマカロニチーズのアレンジで、Delia Smith の「リークとベーコンのペンネ」。マカロニチーズにリーク（西洋ねぎ）とベーコンを加え、上からパン粉とチーズをかけてカリッと仕上げたもの。とろとろっとした部分も美味しいのですがカリカリのところが特に美味しいので、大きめの器でカリカリ部分をたくさん作ってくれるようリクエストしました。カリカリとトロトロ、美味しかったです！

Tonight’s dinner my husband cooked was a version of Macaroni Cheese – Delia Smith’s “Penne with Leeks and Bacon”.  It also has a crusty top with breadcrumbs and cheese.  The part with hot white sauce is delicious but the crispy bits with the topping are even more delicious, so I asked my husband to cook it in a large shallow baking dish so we can get a lot of crispy bits.  So yummy!
