Chicken Vienna Schnitzel & Salsa


Today’s dinner was Vienna Schnitzel (but with chicken breast) with Salsa (tomato, onion, red & yellow pepper, cucumber, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil) and roasted Japanese sweet potato.  We enjoyed it very much.









I’ll be going back to Japan on a flight after midnight for about 10 days.  There is going to be a Japanese ceremony for my Mum’s 3rd year after death.  The last time I was in Japan was a year and a half ago.  The weather will not be very pleasant this time of year, it’ll be hot and rainy, so I probably won’t be doing much.
