Chorizo, Potato & Poached Egg Hot Salad With Balsamic Dressing

今日、夕食に作ったのは、チョリソー、ポテト、ポーチドエッグのホットサラダ(バルサミコ酢のドレッシング)。以前詳しく書いたことがあるので、レシピについてはそちらをご参考に。今日はポテトと赤と黄色のパプリカはオーブンで同時にローストし、他はフライパンで炒めました。ポーチドエッグは、今回も Nigella Lawson の作り方で作りました。美味しかったですが、ポーチドエッグを4つ作ったらわたしには2つは多過ぎました。次回は3つで。

Tonight’s dinner was “Chorizo, Potato & Poached Egg Hot Salad With Balsamic Dressing”.  I’ve written about this dish before in details, so I’m not going to repeat it here but I roasted potato and red & yellow papper in the oven at the same tome and stir-fried the rest and made poached eggs in Nigella Lawson’s method.  I made 4 poached egg today but 2 was too many for me, next time I’ll make just 3.
