Franschhoek にチェックインした翌日は、Stellonbosch にある景色がきれいなので知られているワイナリーに併設されたレストランでランチをしました。

On the day after we checked into the hotel in Franschhoek, we had lunch at “Guardian Peak”, which is a restaurant in a winery in Stellenbosch, well-known for its view.

夫の前菜、ぺりぺりチキンレバーとクロスティーニ。あまり美味しくなかったみたいでした。

My husband’s starter – peri peri chicken livers with crostini, he didn’t seem to have enjoyed it very much.

メイン。鹿肉、でしょうか。

I’m guessing this is venison steak for my husband.

わたしは、バーガーでした。

This was my burger.

デザートは、フォンダンショコラをシェアー。とろっとはしませんでしたね。

We shared Fondant Chocolate and it wasn’t very runny inside.

正直なところ食事は全く印象に残っていませんが、景色は本当にきれいでした。

As I say, the lunch itself wasn’t memorable but the view was very beautiful.
