今日の夕食は、トンカツでした。ちょっと揚げすぎた感じ。お肉の揚げ物、苦手です、ついつい中まで火が通ってないのが不安で揚げすぎてしまう。

Today’s dinner was Tonkatsu (breaded pork). I think I over-cooked it a little. I’m not good at deep-frying meat. I always worry about under-cooking it and end up over-cooking it.
